Join us for a hands-on “design-with-me” webinar in Tinkercad! Hannah Daniels will guide students step by step to create a St. Patrick's pot o' gold assembly, designed to print in two parts and nest together so that each component can be printed in the correct color!

We recommend logging in and projecting the webinar at the front of class (or on a separate monitor) while each student is on their own device. Students should be logged in to Tinkercad and ready to jump right in. We recommend they have a 3-button mouse or a touch-screen device for easiest navigation. No prior Tinkercad experience necessary.

We’ll share instructional strategies that help students move beyond worksheets and into real-world data experiences—using tools like Labdisc sensors and 3D-printed manipulatives. You’ll hear ideas for helping students ask better questions, visualize their data, and actually enjoy analyzing what they collect.
This episode is all about transforming data from something abstract into something tangible, curiosity-driven, and fun—while building critical thinking and data literacy skills along the way.
