Mrs. Kuo has been a director of our Company since September 18, 2014. She currently is leading and shaping products for Microsoft's healthcare business. Additionally, she is also a Senior Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund, leading investments in the VC's later-stage investments. Prior to that, from 2011 until 2014 and then from 2017 until 2020, Mrs. Kuo worked at Deloitte Consulting where she built and launched digital health and life sciences innovations. She also co-founded a YCombinator-backed personalized health start-up Multiply Labs. Ms. Kuo graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 2011 and obtained an MBA from the Sloan Master of Business Administration Program at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology. We believe that Mrs. Kuo’s experience in business strategy, product, and operations adds value and insight to our board of directors.
Carine Clark is a four-time president and CEO of high-growth tech companies, specializing in helping companies scale. Her reputation as a data-driven marketing executive at Novell, Altiris and Symantec opened doors to lead Allegiance, MartizCX and Banyan as president and CEO. She recently accepted the Chief Executive Officer position at First Colony Mortgage, a fast growing financial services company headquartered in Utah. Previously she was the Chief Innovation Officer at Lumio HX.

She is an active angel and venture investor in SaaS software companies and supports entrepreneurs in the US, Latin America, Israel and Australia.

Carine serves as the chair of GOEO (The Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity) and the executive board of Silicon Slopes, a non-profit helping Utah’s tech community thrive. Currently she’s the Executive Chairman for Domo and serves as an independent board director for Nelnet Bank. She also serves on the Salt Lake City Olympic Bid committee and works with every major university in Utah to help students be more prepared for tech jobs.

Carine has received numerous awards including the EY Entrepreneur of The Year® Award in the Utah Region and Utah Business Magazine’s CEO of the Year. In 2021 she was named Outstanding Director for a Public Company by the National Association of Corporate Directors Utah. Most recently, she was recognized for Technology Leadership at the Sundance Film Festival’s Women’s Leadership Celebration. Carine earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Fittin is currently head of strategy and founding member of DogeOS, the app layer for the Dogecoin blockchain. Prior to that, from 2021 until 2024 Mr. Fittin was Sr. Partnerships Manager at Offchain Labs, Inc., the team behind Arbitrum, where he helped lead business development and marketing efforts. While at Offchain Labs, Mr. Fittin helped grow Arbitrum to be the largest layer 2 scaling solution on Ethereum, having more than $20 billion in total value locked. Prior to that, Mr. Fittin worked as investment banker at B. Riley from 2020 until 2021, and at Berkery Noyes from 2018 until 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Fittin did equity capital markets at Aegis Capital from 2016 until 2018. Mr. Fittin graduated from Penn State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics where he was a member of the varsity swim team, and obtained a Masters of Science in Finance degree from Villanova University in 2016.
Dr. Crew has been a director of our Company since April 1, 2015. Since August 2013, Dr. Crew has served as the president of Medgar Evers College. From July 2012 to July 2013, he was the chief education officer at Oregon Education Investment Board, overseeing the PK-16 system. From September 2011 to July 2012, Dr. Crew served as the president of K12 Division at Revolution Prep, a company that offers preparation courses for the SAT and ACT standardized achievement tests. Prior to that, from January 2009 to July 2013, he was a professor at USC Rossier School of Education, teaching graduate school courses. From January 2009 to September 2011, Dr. Crew also served as the president of Global Partnership Schools, an organization that offers planning support services and collaborative programs to public schools and school districts. Dr. Crew received his Bachelor’s degree in management from Babson College in 1972. He earned his Master’s degree in urban education in 1973 and his degree of Doctor of Education in educational administration in 1978, both from University of Massachusetts. We believe that Dr. Crew’s in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the education field make him a valuable member of our board of directors.
