Major system maintenance upgrade on 1st and 2nd April 2023

We will be doing an upgrade on 1st and 2nd April 2023. Users will experience disruption when using the platform, there will be no disruption to screen content broadcasting.
The upgrade will deliver a change to how your digital signage platform looks as we rebrand to CleverLive. Your account credentials will not change, all current assets will be retained including content, connected devices and user permissions.
Movies
The upgrade will include a change to the way we transcode and store movies as we will no longer be saving the original versions, we will only be storing movies in their converted (mp4) format.
Twitter
The upgrade will also include an extension to the Twitter widget feature to enable the broadcasting of Twitter lists. If you want to add a Twitter list, you simply enter the List ID into your widget and you can follow multiple Twitter accounts simultaneously.
The upgrade is part of our commitment to deliver a cost-effective feature-rich solution and we appreciate your understanding of the disruption.
