Evan Brus is a Training and Development Specialist at EOS Education by Boxlight. He previously developed and taught Biology courses at Arizona State University for 8 years, where he received multiple awards for innovative teaching and mentorship. In his current role, Evan leads K-12 professional development workshops to help educators implement their classroom vision through the use of educational technology from Boxlight, Google, Microsoft, and more!

Julie Garcia

STEM Director for San Diego Unified School District
Julie Garcia was a math and science teacher for 20 years before leaving the classroom. As a resource teacher, manager, site leader and Director, she has experience leading technology initiatives, and well as math and science implementations. She has a passion for integrated instruction with purposeful technology as she leads the Math, Science and Technology work in SDUSD.

Derek Suzuki

Program Manager for Instructional Technology in San Diego Unified School District
Derek Suzuki was a music teacher before becoming a technology resource teacher and now leader. In addition to supporting teachers, he has served as a site administrator and is an integral part of the selection process of technology in SDUSD classrooms. He leads the Instructional Technology Department as they work with teachers on blended learning through purposeful use of technology as well as Computer Science implementation UTK-12.

In her role at Boxlight and at her former school district, Amy has spent the last four years training educators on technology products along with numerous other ed tech solutions. To enter, attend a presentation session at the Boxlight booth, complete and return an entry card provided at the session, and have your badge scanned. One entry will be made for each session attended. Drawings will be held at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Monday, June 26, 2023 and Tuesday, June 27, 2023 and at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
